Shirley June Heller, of Appleton, passed away on February 12, 2017 at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center Appleton. She was born on June 2, 1936 to the late Patrick and Viola (Sauve) McDonald in Green Bay. Shirley married Robert Heller on November 23, 1956 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Appleton. She worked at Miller Electric as an assembler until her retirement in 1998.

Shirley is survived by her husband of 60 years, Robert; her children: Therese (Paul) Garvey of Appleton, Jeanne (Ron) Schauland of Appleton, Margaret (special friend Tom Belongea) Mueller of Appleton, and Michael (Karilyn) Heller of Waunakee; her many grandchildren and great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents.

Keeping with Shirley’s wishes, the family will hold a private ceremony.
