Arvis F. Heling, age 90, passed away on Monday, October 3, 2016 at Iola Living Assistance Nursing Home. She was born in Appleton on June 10, 1926, daughter of the late Herman and Adele (Schueler) Heling. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Appleton. Arvis retired from Home Mutual Insurance Co., now known as Secura in 1986 after 42 years of service. Her favorite hobbies were traveling and sewing. She traveled throughout the world for many, many years and saw many beautiful places. Now she is in the most beautiful place of all, Heaven.

Arvis is survived by her cousins Jan Kraetsch and Jenny Koerner. She is further survived by other cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and her sister June L. Heling.

A funeral service will take place at 7 pm on Monday, October 10, at the Brettschneider-Trettin-Nickel Funeral Chapel with Matt Walsh officiating. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Monday from 6 pm until the time of service. Interment will take place at Highland Memorial Park, Appleton.
